Alumni Meet Celebrates Achievements and Reconnects at IUST, Kashmir

The Islamic University of Science and Technology’s Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering organized a memorable Alumni Meet in Awantipora. The event aimed to strengthen connections with former students and recognize their remarkable accomplishments, attracting enthusiastic participation. Attendees included alumni working across various sectors and settled in different parts of the world. They shared valuable insights from their professional journeys with students, faculty, and university officials, including Prof. A.H. Moon (Dean of Academic Affairs), Prof. Lily Want (Dean of Outreach), Dr. Asifa Mehraj Baba (Dean of Students Welfare), Dr. Faroze Ahmad (Head of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering), and Dr. Liyaqat Nazir (University Alumni Coordinator). Expressing gratitude for the pivotal role played by the university, the alumni fondly recollected their student days and acknowledged the significant impact the institution had on their lives. The program was expertly moderated by Er. Shaiqa Nasreen.
